Delivery times depend on the product. Some items arrive in as fast as 2-5 business days, while others take 5-10 business days. The estimated delivery window for each product is shown on its product page. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Contact us immediately at contact@lumistelle.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it - carriers don't allow address changes in transit.
We stand behind every piece. Returns within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund - we provide the prepaid shipping label. Between days 8 and 30, contact us with a photo of the item and we'll issue store credit for the full amount, same day, and it never expires. You keep the item. Email us at contact@lumistelle.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If you're past day 7, include a photo of the item. No portals, no forms. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
For returns within the 7-day window, yes - we provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost. For returns requested between days 8 and 30, there's nothing to ship back. You keep the item and we issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

Follow the care label on each garment - that's the most accurate guidance for that specific fabric. Generally, we recommend gentle machine wash in cold water and laying flat to dry. This extends the life of the piece and keeps the fit true over time.
We photograph all products in consistent, neutral lighting to represent colors as accurately as possible. Every screen is calibrated differently, so slight variations can occur. If you're unsure about a color before ordering, reach out and we'll describe it.
Popular items are restocked regularly. On any sold-out product page, you can enter your email to be notified the moment it's back. We'll reach out as soon as it's available.
Every item in the Lumistelle catalog goes through a curation process before it's listed. We look for pieces that work across multiple occasions, hold their shape over time, and feel considered rather than trend-driven. If it doesn't meet that standard, it doesn't make the cut.

Orders are processed quickly - contact us immediately at contact@lumistelle.com with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once it's shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but our returns policy applies.
A few things to check: make sure the code is entered exactly as provided (codes are case-sensitive), that it hasn't expired, and that the items in your cart are eligible.
