Do you ship internationally?

A: No, we only ship to US.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@lumistelle.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Starting a return or exchange is simple. Please visit our dedicated Returns Portal to begin the process. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Are returns free?

A: We offer free returns for store credit and exchanges. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a small shipping and handling fee may be deducted. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

When will I receive my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

How should I care for my garments?

A: To ensure the longevity of your Lumistelle pieces, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment's label. Generally, we advise gentle machine washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.

Are the colors I see on my screen accurate?

A: We do our best to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor's settings and calibration.

Will you be restocking sold-out items?

A: Some of our popular items are restocked regularly. On the product page of a sold-out item, you can sign up with your email to be notified the moment it becomes available again.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
