We'll Respond Within 24 Hours

We'll review your request and send return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label for full-refund returns.

Ship It Back - or Don't

Returning within 7 days? Use the prepaid label. Past 7 days? Keep the item. Send a photo and we'll take care of the rest.

Your Resolution, Promptly

Full refunds process within 5-7 business days. Store credit is issued the same day and never expires.

Full Policy

Full Refund (Days 1-7)

Items returned within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • We provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Store Credit (Days 8-30)

After the first 7 days, size and fit concerns reported within 30 days of delivery qualify for store credit for the full purchase amount.

  • You keep the original item - no need to ship it back
  • Photo of the item is required with your request
  • Store credit is issued to your account and never expires
  • Applies to size and fit issues only

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items requested for return after 30 days from delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement if the item is still available, or issue a full refund - your choice.
