Store Credit (Days 8-30)

Not happy with your purchase after the 7-day window? We still want you to love what you wear. For size or fit issues reported within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount.

  • You keep the original item - no need to ship it back
  • Photo of the item is required with your request
  • Store credit is issued to your account and never expires
  • Applies to size and fit issues only

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Items requested for return after 30 days from delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
