The Process
Email us at support@lumistelle.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. No forms, no automated queues.
We'll review your request and send return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label for full-refund returns.
Returning within 7 days? Use the prepaid label. Past 7 days? Keep the item. Send a photo and we'll take care of the rest.
Full refunds process within 5–7 business days. Store credit is issued the same day and never expires.

Items returned within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Not happy with your purchase after the 7-day window? We still want you to love what you wear. For size and fit concerns reported within 30 days of delivery, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.
