All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this to follow your package's journey to your doorstep. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

While we entrust our carriers to deliver your package safely, we are not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you require assistance or have received a damaged item, please contact our support team at contact@lumistelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address, and we cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect information. At this time, we are able to ship to P.O. Boxes.
