Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. Tracking updates are typically active within 24 hours of your order shipping. If you haven't received a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first - then reach out to us at contact@lumistelle.com and we'll look into it.

We stand behind every piece. Returns within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund — we provide the prepaid shipping label. Between days 8 and 30, contact us with a photo of the item and we'll issue store credit for the full amount, same day, and it never expires. You keep the item. We entrust our carriers to deliver your order safely, and we take it seriously when something goes wrong. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at contact@lumistelle.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage - we'll take it from there. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package cannot be located, reach out and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once an order has shipped, and we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. We ship to P.O. Boxes and all US military addresses (APO/FPO). International customers: duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
