Material Composition
This skirt is built on a 65% cotton, 35% polyester blend. The cotton majority provides breathability and the natural texture expected from denim construction. The 35% polyester adds structural support and durability, contributing to the no-stretch character of the fabric - the skirt holds its shape through extended wear without requiring adjustment. Note: at 65% cotton, this product falls below Lumistelle's 70% natural fiber floor. See material compliance flag in the Product Identification section above.
Construction Details
High-rise waistband that sits at the natural waist. Button closure at center front (image-inferred). Front pockets present (image-inferred). Prominent front slit that opens from the knee to mid-thigh - positioned on the left side of the skirt as viewed from the front. Straight/pencil silhouette through the hip and knee. Length approximately 37 to 39 inches from waistband to hem based on measurements in the product data. No lining. No stretch. Fabric Behavior
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. The 65/35 cotton-polyester blend holds its color well through regular machine washing when cold is used. The no-stretch, no-spandex construction is not at risk from washing, and the fabric will maintain its structure through repeated laundering without softening the silhouette.
