Material Composition

70% cotton forms the structural base - providing the weight and feel expected of a real denim jean. The 23% lyocell is the differentiator in this blend: lyocell (sold commercially as Tencel by Lenzing AG) is a semi-synthetic fiber derived from wood pulp through a closed-loop solvent process. At nearly a quarter of the composition, it meaningfully contributes drape, softness, and a subtle sheen that cotton alone doesn't provide, while still supporting denim's structure. The 5% polyester adds shape retention through washing, and the 2% spandex contributes slight stretch at the waist and leg.

Construction Details

Mid rise waist with button and zip fly closure, belt loops, and gold-toned hardware visible at button and rivet points (image-inferred). Five-pocket design with functional slash pockets at the front and a coin pocket at the right front. Fitted through the hip and thigh, opening into a gradual flare beginning below the knee - a moderate flare silhouette, not extreme, with a full-length inseam at approximately 33 inches.
