Material Composition
The 72% cotton provides the base structure and hand feel of the denim - enough natural fiber for breathability and a standard denim weight. The 26% polyester is a higher-than-typical percentage in this blend; polyester at this level increases the fabric's resistance to wear and abrasion, which is a practical consideration in a jean with deliberate distressing at the knee - the reinforced surrounding fabric holds up better alongside the intentional open detail. The 2% spandex adds slight four-way stretch to ease movement through the hip and knee without softening the straight-leg silhouette.
Construction Details
High rise slim straight crop jeans in a dark blue wash with fading and whisker detailing at the hip area (image-inferred). The primary design detail is a significant open tear distressing at the right knee, with frayed threads visible and a hidden reinforcing patch on the inside of the knee for structural integrity (per vendor spec). No distressing along the thigh or lower leg. Raw frayed hem at the ankle-crop length. Slim straight silhouette - fits close through the hip and thigh with a consistent line to the crop. Five-pocket construction (image-inferred). Single button and zip fly (image-inferred).

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low. Cold washing will help preserve the dark wash color and minimize additional fraying at both the raw hem and the distressed knee area beyond the original finish.
