The waist is smocked with wide elastic banding - the construction accommodates a range within each size (roughly 10-12 inches of range at the waist) and creates a defined silhouette without requiring a precise measurement. The viscose-polyamide blend drapes fluidly from the waist through the full maxi length, and the unlined construction keeps the weight light. Available in Green in sizes S through XL.

Material Composition

80% viscose, 20% polyamide. Viscose is a semi-synthetic fiber that drapes with a fluidity similar to silk - it moves freely with the body and tends to feel cool against the skin in warm weather. Polyamide (nylon) adds structural resilience to the blend, improving the fabric's resistance to abrasion and helping it hold its shape through repeated washing and wear.

Construction Details

Square neckline with a center-front tie closure that allows minor adjustability at the neckline opening. Short puff sleeves gathered at both the shoulder seam and the sleeve hem, creating volume through the sleeve without adding length. Wide smocked elastic waist section with a substantial stretch range per size - the smocking creates a dense gathered band that defines the waist while accommodating body variation. The skirt falls straight from the smocked waist in a flowing, slightly A-line silhouette through to full maxi length. Not lined.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Viscose is best treated with cold water to maintain the drape and prevent fiber damage. Low heat drying extends the life of the elastic in the smocked waist section and keeps the sleeve gathers intact.
