Material Composition
65% viscose, 35% polyester. Note: this composition falls below the Lumistelle 70% natural/semi-natural fiber floor - see material flag in Product Identification. The viscose component provides the softness and drape that makes the fabric comfortable against the skin and allows the ribbed texture to move with the body rather than feel stiff. The 35% polyester contributes dimensional stability - it helps the ribbed texture hold its structure through washing and wear and prevents the excessive shrinkage that can occur in high-viscose fabrics. The blend results in a slightly stretchy fabric that is opaque without lining.
Construction Details
V-neckline, sleeveless, straight shift silhouette. The ribbed texture is a result of the fabric weave construction - vertical ribbing runs the full length of the dress and through the large patch pockets. The two front patch pockets are set at hip level with significant depth - from image analysis, the pockets are large-scale and visually prominent as a design element as well as a functional one. Hem hits at mini length, approximately 30-32 inches from the shoulder depending on size. Not lined. Opaque.

Care Instructions
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Cold washing is appropriate for the viscose content - it minimizes shrinkage and maintains the soft hand of the fabric. The polyester component means this fabric is more durable through washing than a high-viscose blend would be; the ribbed texture should retain its definition over time with correct care.
